Most of my professional career has been dedicated to designing and leading incubators for creative talent. I work with purpose-driven companies to help them attract top creative talent and amplify their company mission through custom-designed programs. I am a recognized thought-leader and international speaker on the topics of creativity, collaboration and talent development.
I founded 72U, a talent incubator within 72andSunny, that not only attracts talent outside of the advertising industry but puts out award winning projects from product design to documentary films to immersive events. While Director of 72U, I secured collaborations with Interscope Record’s platinum artist BØRNS and non-profits like RiverLA to create ground-breaking work that benefited both brands. As Director of Chicago Portfolio School I prepared hundreds of people for jobs in the creative industries through portfolio development and coaching.
I believe an incubator for creative talent is the gift that keeps giving; it attracts top talent, garners goodwill, inspires employees, acts as the purest form of a company mission, contributes to the company culture, creates opportunities to innovate and engage the community through the work that is made. I’m passionate about designing ecosystems that teach emotional intelligence, fosters creativity and collaboration through project-based learning.
I’ve been recognized as one of Adweek's 30 Star Players at US Agencies 2015, featured on the Drum's Exceptional Women Out West podcast, Innovation Crush podcast and highlighted as the cover story for the October 2016 issue of Playa Vista Direct Magazine.
