How do you encourage adults to play? Sometimes all it takes are a few (hundred) balloons. After we filled the 72U studio with balloons and invited the agency in we decided to “surprise” the partners by filling their shared office with the balloons. I flew to Mexico the next morning thinking to myself, “I hope I don’t get fired”. I was relatively new at 72andSunny and wasn’t totally sure how this “disruption” would be received. Needless to say, I did not get fired. :)
